Film extrusion
In-house multi-layer co-extrusion blown film lines. We formulate custom barrier layers utilizing premium polymers for exact strength, oxygen, and moisture shielding.
HD rotogravure printing
State-of-the-art high-speed, multi-color rotogravure printing presses. Ultra-crisp, high-vibrancy brand graphics with automatic registration and edge alignment.
Barrier lamination
Equipped for both solvent-free and solvent-based laminating systems. We fuse PET, BOPP, Metalized, Nylon, Al Foil, and PE to match rigorous specifications.
Pouch fabrication
High-capacity, high-speed pouching lines producing stand-up zipper pouches, side-gusset pouches, center-sealed bags, and custom laser-scored easy-open formats.
