Production excellence

Our Process

How raw granules are transformed into beautiful, high-barrier pouch products inside our Daman facility.

In-house workflow

Manufacturing process

Click any step to expand the machinery, capacity, and testing protocols behind it.

We start by co-extruding specialized polyethylene, polypropylene, and barrier-grade raw resins inside our state-of-the-art multi-layer blown film lines. This creates strong, highly durable films perfectly formulated for puncture resistance, sealability, and barrier performance.

Key machinery
High-precision 3-layer co-extrusion blown film lines
Daily capacity
35 Tons of premium specialty film / day
Testing protocol
Melt flow index (MFI), film thickness gauge profile, dart-impact test

Our high-speed rotogravure presses apply vivid, razor-sharp brand graphics with exceptional colour vibrancy. Using up to 8 colours and computerized automatic registration control (ARC), we print with micron-level precision on polyester, BOPP, and nylon surfaces.

Key machinery
High-speed 8-colour rotogravure printing presses
Daily capacity
250,000 meters of printed substrate / day
Testing protocol
Spectrophotometer colour assessment, ink adhesion tape testing

To provide absolute oxygen and moisture barrier shielding, we laminate substrates together using advanced adhesive application rollers — solvent-free bonding for food pouches, and solvent-based combinations for demanding personal-care products.

Key machinery
High-capacity solvent-free and duplex laminating lines
Daily capacity
400,000 laminated meters / day
Testing protocol
Laminate peel-bond strength test, residual solvent chromatogram scan

After lamination, wide bulk rolls are precision-sliced into customized narrow reels per client width specifications. Our slitting machinery uses laser alignment and automatic tension control sensors to prevent film warping or stretching.

Key machinery
High-speed computerized slitter rewinders
Daily capacity
300,000 slit meters / day
Testing protocol
Core alignment visual audit, roll edge straightness check

In the final stage, high-capacity bag-making machines shape, fold, and seal laminated webs into ready-to-use formats — stand-up pouches, ziplock bags, and bottom-gusset sacks. Custom spouts, handles, and laser-scored easy-open notches are integrated here.

Key machinery
High-speed stand-up pouching, side-gusseting & center-seal lines
Daily capacity
1,500,000 finished pouches / day
Testing protocol
Air-leakage bubble assessment, seal burst strength test

Manufacturing base

State-of-the-art machinery

Our output is driven by heavy investments in European and global benchmark equipment — ensuring exact thickness precision, pristine lamination strength, and zero-defect seals across high-volume production.

W&H 3-layer co-extrusion blown film lines. Delivers exceptional barrier film profiles with exact gauge tolerances down to the sub-micron level.

Rotomec 8-colour and Bobst high-speed gravure lines. Razor-sharp branding registration and highly vibrant graphics with minimal solvent retention.

High-speed center-sealed and stand-up zipper pouch lines. Produces precise pouch geometries, gussets, slider integrations, and laser scoring lines.

Guaranteed integrity

Quality control

Every production campaign is checked against six state-of-the-art testing stations in our on-site laboratory.

Resin melt-flow index

Assessing raw copolymer viscosity and molecular distribution to ensure uniform melt-flow profiles.

Film thickness profiles

Real-time micron gauges auditing film gauge deviation across the entire web width.

Spectrophotometer colour

Computerized spectrum analyzers ensuring zero delta-E deviations from brand Pantone specs.

Laminate bond peel testing

Measuring inter-layer lamination tensile grip to guarantee no layer separation.

Seal burst pressure testing

Subjecting sealed pouches to pneumatic stress to test ultimate hermetic seam burst thresholds.

Friction coefficient testing

Auditing slip properties for reliable running speeds on client high-speed filling lines.
